For those out of the loop, political scientist Robert E. Kelly appeared on BBC in March to discuss some very important adult matters. While on live TV, his daughter, now lovingly known as "BBC Kid," decided to stroll into the room with a confidence only a child could muster. Unleashing her inner child, Brenna Williams from CNN decided to dress as BBC kid for Halloween on Tuesday, complete with a yellow cardigan, pink glasses, and pigtails.
