If you disabled your Instagram account,The Relic Of My Sister Next Door you'll be happy to know it's not gone for good.
You can still re-enable your account and have everything as it was when you deactivated it. Even better news? Reactivation is a one-step process: Log in.
Seriously.
The log-in will automatically reactivate your account. Yay! You're done.
However, if you deleted your account instead of temporarily disabling it, you won't be able to log back into it. That account is gone and you'll have to make a new one.
Instagram says that you can use the same email address as the one you used to create your old account, but you might not be able to use the same username. So if you've been thinking about getting rid of your IG, consider temporarily disabling it before a full-on deletion.
We even have a tutorial on how to do just that right here.
