015 Archivesworld may be a terrible place right now, but the sequel to Mary Poppins will soon be with us. Albeit, five decades after the original movie came out in 1964.

Allow us to explain. In the 1964 movie, Van Dyke plays Mr Dawes Senior — a board member at the London bank where George Banks works — in addition to his role as chimneysweep Bert.

Now aged 92, Van Dyke appears as Mr Dawes Junior in the sequel to the original, Mary Poppins Returns.
And, he basically looks exactly the same as he did 54 years ago.
Lin-Manuel Miranda, who plays lamplighter Jack in the upcoming movie, called Van Dyke's apparent agelessness "the glo up."
