It turns out that Hooper's mom could not be fooled. In fact, the mom was not too pleased when she realized what Hooper was up to.

In a half-funny, half-annoyed text exhange, Hooper's mother said she had to keep explaining to company why they have "5×7s of Dixie everywhere," to which Hooper just replied, "I know you laughed."

However, mom got her revenge by telling Hooper that she thinks Dixie's graduation photo is the indeed the better version. Savage, mom. And while both photos are great, Dixie's cuteness is undeniable and the internet certainly agrees.
