PokéDates, a new dating site from Project Fixup, brings Pokémon Goplayers together in the spirit of romance and gaming.

PokéDates is free for the first date, but successive dates will cost players $20 per matchup -- a steep price to pay to meet Pokémon-obsessed strangers. But for those who love to date but hate to plan, the service takes the guesswork out of picking a place to hang out. All you have to do is show up with a charged smartphone and a willingness to slightly embarrass yourself.
Or just look around at your local bar, where everyone is secretly catching Pokémon anyway.
