After all the shopping and Married Women’s Sex PartyTV watching, Amazon knows you also like to do other things, like, the sex, for example.
To help facilitate this most natural of human activities, Amazon has now given Alexa the power to help you out with music specially designed to help set the right mood.
SEE ALSO: Roku forecast to beat Apple TV, Google, Amazon in the battle for your TV attention, study claimsNow, when Amazon Music users interact with Alexa, they can issue commands “Alexa, play baby making jazz music” or even "Alexa, play hooking up music." And you know what? It actually works. Every time I tried either command, Alexa started playing a song that could easily be deemed appropriate for excursions into the realm of the intimate.
(Editor's note: "Alexa, play 'Netflix and chill' music," sadly, does not work.)
And because I know you're wondering, yes, I asked Alexa to play music for "f--king" and, of course, it didn't work. This is a strictly PG digital assistant. But I was even more surprised when I asked Alexa to "play music for having sex" and got a similarly unresponsive result from good, old Alexa. So Alexa has your back when it's time to get steamy, but keep it clean, folks.
In addition to baby making music, you can now also ask Alexa to "play music for a family sing along,” or even "play music for getting pumped," "play classical music for sleeping," and "play country music for running," as well as a few others.
But there's one important caveat to these updates: it's only available to Prime Music and Amazon Music Unlimited users. If you're signed up for either service, these updates are available immediately.
