Kellogg's says it will donate $50,000 to GLAAD "to support its anti-bullying and LGBTQ advocacy efforts."

"We have long been allies and supporters of LGBTQ employees, their families and the community. For more than 100 years, Kellogg has nourished families so they can flourish and thrive, and the company continues to welcome everyone to the table," said Priscilla Koranteng, vice president of global talent and chief diversity officer in a press release.

Talk show hosts Trevor Noah and James Corden both wore purple in solidarity with Spirit Day.

Kellogg's wasn't always so woke, though.

In 2017, the company apologized after the comic book writer Saladin Ahmed criticized Kellogg's of teaching racism on one of its cereal boxes.
