If you're reallya fan of Ms. Tina, then you know all about her Instagram and look forward to the behind the scenes shots and adorable videos. Turns out, however, that Beyoncé is just like all of us when it comes to parents on social media and wants her mamma to slow it down with the posts.

"So if you find some good light, you're supposed to take advantage of it. I've done quite a few in one spot so I could have them but it's okay, I'm 63, what can I say," she said.
