We sort of know Apple is boogie nights eroticismplanning to launch three new iPhones in the fall, but we don't really know, do we?
Well, the news is still not official, but it's just a tad more likely due to a new filing in the Eurasian Economic Commission's database, spotted by Consomac (via 9to5Mac).
SEE ALSO: You've Never Seen Apple's Terms of Service Like ThisAccording to the filing, there's a total of 11 new iPhone models coming, numbered as follows: A1920, A1921, A1984, A2097, A2098, A2099, A2101, A2103, A2104, A2105 and A2106. While it's hard to say exactly which model number corresponds to which iPhone variant, the numbers appear to be divided into three groups, starting with A19, A20 and A21, respectively. Chances are that these are the 5.8-inch, 6.1-inch and 6.5-inch iPhones, though it's unclear why one group has five models instead of three.
These model numbers aren't new. We've seen them all back in April, in the same database, but back then they were listed as running iOS 11, whereas now they're running iOS 12.
Two tablets, numbered A1895 and A1980, are definitely new, though. These are listed in addition to two five tablets that showed up in EEC's database last week, which would bring the total number of iPads Apple is planning to launch to seven. All of the iPads are listed as running iOS 11, but as you can see from the above, this can easily be changed in the future.
As always, nothing is certain or official until Apple says so. For reference, note that the same source scoured the EEC's database in February, accurately predicting the release of new iPads in March.
And just days ago, Consomac noticed EEC filings for a bunch of new MacBooks, predicting five new models. Two of those, A1989 and A1990, have materialized yesterday in the form of new 13-inch and new 15-inch MacBook Pro. Based on that, the other three, numbered A1931, A1932, A1988, might correspond to an upgraded Touch Bar-less (a.k.a. Escape Edition) MacBook Pro, as well as two variants of a new, entry-level laptop that's rumored to replace the MacBook Air once and for all.
