As a man who just adoresEdith Piaf has no doubt informed you,Watch Online Crush Movie (2010) the term "Champagne" refers to a sparkling wine that comes from the Champagne region of France.
You are probably also aware that people often refer to allsparkling wine as "Champagne" -- kind of a Kleenex/tissue scenario. One man, however, took such issue with this colloquialism that he decided to sue an airline for using it.
SEE ALSO: The stores of the future will be full of wine, yoga, and not much elsePer the BBC, Daniel MacDuff has elected to sue Sunwing Airlines for advertising a "Champagne service" when, in fact, he was served a cheaper sparkling wine instead. 1,600 other patrons have joined his class-action lawsuit.
The airline, for its part, called MacDuff's case "frivolous and without merit." However, it has erased all mention of Champagne from its website, instead calling the service a "welcome glass of sparkling wine."
Anyway, life is short, and suing an airline because of a beverage is a great way to spend your time.
